    I'm having the same issue.  My phone does not have an SDcard, I'm wondering if adding one and increasing the memory would fix it.  Do you guys have one in your phone.   Just trying to see if there is something consistent with our mutual problem.

    @DBsDad I have an sd card in mine. They full of crap. It's not a storage space issue. It's the update. It's a weekend so nobody wanting to do the jobs .I was told at one time u need 6 gb of free space for the app to run smooth. I have 7.1 plus the sd card. I'm gonna go move app to my sd and see if that makes a difference.

    omg, @DBsDad , that's crazy.. I have gotten 3 different responses from 3 different people. It's really sad @GLU can't get on the same page on this. I've seen atleast 5 or 6 different reasons from glu reps. On why it keeps crashing. I dont think CS even has a clue.. It's also sad @GLU can't go above and beyond for their clients and resolve this issue quickly.. with appolagies to those of us that play fair and honest..

    They don't. Last night I got back to back emails from different reps. One said Glu is working on a fix and asked for patience. Other email said that Glu had no knowledge of others dealing with this issue and it had to be on my side.

    They have canned responses that they just plug in.  They sent me that too.   Hell, they've sent me that a few times when I'd bitch about woh restarting
