Cannot get Achievement Rewards

So.. with my video not working since last night and no end in sight, I will not be able to watch the 10 videos to get the reward.
Am I S.O.L.? Should I just write it off as not getting it?
Has anybody had a long stretch of no videos?
Being new to this, I could really use the rewards
