Why does GLU not actually care about their customers or customer service?

I have had an issue going on since 9/25 and have yet to get glu to rectify it. They just kept blaming someone else.
I warn any and all players of their games, they will take your money and will not help you when there is an issue.
I am sorry you feel that way. It certainly isn't true and most of our tickets are answered very quickly and we resolve the majority of them in the first contact.
