PROBLEMS AFTER THE UPDATE

Hello!
I started to play KKH again, some weeks ago, without any hacks. 
But, after this new update, I lose my progress, turning back to level 16 (I was in the level 25), and the Kollections and TB boxes insn't show anymore, I don't know how to find them. 
Can someone help me, please?
