Diner dash adventures fowl play

has anyone had issues in Diner Dash adventures during the fowl play event? When customers drop feathers and I pick them up, they aren’t credited to me. I’m getting extremely frustrated.

I'm having the same problem! Is there some trick to collecting them when customers leave them or is it a glitch in the game? It is definitely frustrating.

 I just did the update and now my game crashes every time I try to open it. Any suggestions?
