 :( This is by far the worst company to deal with. Someone fraudulently used my mother's billing info to a total of 285.00. She tried to dispute it, and they refuse to give her a refund.  She is a 67 year old retiree, and lives on a fixed income. She doesn't even know how to use games on her phone. It over drafted her bank account,  and messed up everything financially for her. I can't find an actual contact number for glu. I am now disputing the charges with her bank. This company is dead wrong for the way they handle things. Now the holidays are coming, and she can't enjoy them because this company won't do the right thing.
