I need some help and I don't know who to turn to. I haven't been able to access my Design Home game for 2 months now.
I have contacted email support countless times, but they don't seem to know how to repair my issues.
They connected my name to the wrong account, thus locking me out of my account. I have a lot of money tied up in this game.
