Delayed responses

We are currently experiencing an issue with our ticketing system which will delay our responses.  You can still submit tickets normally and they will be received as usual but we are currently unable to reply to them.  The current estimate is approximately 3 hours.  We will get back to your tickets as soon as we are able.
