Xp troubles

A couple years back could was not an issue as players started at the tier you were on and held concurrently value as such right out of the pack. Now a player must upgrade though all levels, requiring a substantial amount of unattainable xp. I am currently a vip member and must rely on vip gifts to level up at the platinum level. Just something to look into either lowering leveling cost. Decreasing rarity of xp or starting players at the current tier. The game is becoming money based not time and effort based. Money should be rewarded. But those watching advertisements for gold and such are putting in more and not receiving a sufficient amount of do to compete daily in the events, with new bonus players daily.
