Account retrieval

How do I retrieve my account linked to my Facebook? I can't link it in game because it keeps saying error unable to link. I did uninstall because the game kept crashing and didn't even let me in the game again. A screen popped up saying with 3 choices,  info, close, or report. I had a good team going now I have to start over? Please help
