Seems like we're still having the same issues with certain things... The freezing and force closing hasn't slowed much.
I've lost out on players I've pulled, scoring that hasn't registered my name for the points, prizes and all kinds of stuff thanks to this issue and it's one that needs to be addressed better if your goal is to keep us, as your players and app supporters, happy.
I also think more should be done to credit these things on GLU's behalf. Especially when you have the power to. Regifting boxes with pulled players can't be that hard, or directly crediting the account that was harmed with said player or whatever they lost out on.
