PNC Park flaw

Does anyone else have an issue with balls hit deep to right field in PNC Park? On occasion the ball seems to fly into the stands but the outfielder runs right through the wall and the game freezes. After closing the Android phone app, the game either comes back at a couple at bat's earlier or it recorded the at bat as an out.
