MLB Tap Sports Baseball 2020 not recognizing purchase

I purchased the Tap Sports Baseball 2020 "Gold Ballpark Bundle" for $9.99, although it is not showing my purchase, and only shows the option to purchase it again. How do I go about filing a complaint or trying to get this issue resolved?
