Why do I always lose items I either purchased with real money or earned thru game play when the servers go down!? This is getting ridiculous. Game is starting to go down more and more and I lose free game play, gems, etc. Don’t ask for money when you can’t even be ethical about it and return items when your faulty servers screw up and steal items from players once the game is finally working again.

Be sure to double check your account and make a list of the items lost. Be sure to include when you noticed the item was missing and send a message to support from within the setting menu of your app.
