More than two months with problems to sabe the game progress. Awful customer service

Hi everyone. I’ve playing Cooking Dash for more than dice years and I’m totally fed up with their incapacity to solve the problem with the game with the register of the progress. Customer service is useless, always with those automatic responses and zero solutions. Is there anybody there with the same problem?

I agree. therefore, I deleted it for good. surprisingly, they have released new versions and people keep playing it and geometry dash
