Friends not showing after adding on facebook

This has been an ongoing problem for me for going on three months. I’ve added many people of Facebook to get more friends. I’ve also tried adding NPCs and nothing!  Glu has done nothing to help me with the issue, except play the blame game. It’s nothing on my end, I’ve done and checked everything possible. I’ve always seen a few other dolls in our groups on Facebook having this exact same problem. So obviously, it’s on Glus end. We are getting so fed up with so many things. @KalindaKing
