Gold VIP subscription not working!

I had the bronze vip subscription before
then after finishing it
i upgraded it to the gold subscription,
the problem is after paying i still see the bronze celebrity perks and when I navigate to the vip page it says im still on the bronze subscription.
And if i press on the gold vip its says i already have that subscription.
its been a week now and im not benefiting from either subscriptions
and i talked to the Customer Service they keep asking me to close the game/ restore my purchases which I’ve obviously done so many times.
now they asked me to cancel my subscriptions
but then i will lose my 50$ without benefiting from it
and i will have to pay again next month!!
