Confusion ?!

Hi guys! I used to play this game back in 2015 until about 2018. Now it’s 2021 and I started playing it again. This time I feel much smarter about my choices lol. However, I have some questions about the weekend events. Do they still have the party weekend events? I’ve played since May 2021 but I can’t remember any party weekend or I might’ve missed it. I’m at level 32 and I was also wondering why I haven’t gotten the Sky restaurant, the Gym, or the Ice Club (whatever it’s actually called lol)?
