What are those used for?

So IDK I just started playing Deer Hunter 2018 and something that has me wondering what the HELP it is are the tickets or tags with what looks like a key on them in the fishing portion of the game? I have like couple hundred and if I can take advantage of having them I sure would like to lol? Any response would be.great. Thank you
