    Please provide details and more information so we can understand what game you are playing, what device is this being played on and the OS version of that device. If you read your message again, it really does not tell us anything besides you think you lost Glu gold.

    There are a lot of complains from people losing their glu gold. If it's lost or negative you should make a ticket.

    If it's just zero, the "restore app" brings it back most of the time. It's always worth trying. Hopefully that will be all it takes for you!!!;)
