The reason we direct people to file a ticket for matters involving currency is because personal information is required for a customer service agent to look into your account and see what is going on. And we do not want you to provide your personal information on the forums. It is a way of blowing anybody off or anything else to that matter, like what has been suggested by some users that are critical of the practices of the way we do things.
