glu gold credits vanished

Plz see in to.my a/c that my glu gold credits are vanished I had nearly 1370 gold now it is only 21 so see to it and let me know as soon as possible

    I'm just buy glu platinum few minutes ago in blood and glory legend but i don't have the the glu coins i buy.
    please help me, i'm done doing what customer says and using glu restore but its no working...!!!!!

    Unfortunately, we can't address billing or currency issues here- you have to submit a Customer Care ticket so they can see your account. You can do that here: http://glumobile.custhelp.com/app/ask
