My blue diamonds r missing!!!!

I've been saving up my blue diamonds to get a new elevator I got into the game to check my dragons etc and noticed my 30 diamonds r gone!!!! I only have 5!!! Then when I did a task for the queen and won more diamonds they didn't show I still have 5!!!
What's going on and weres my diamonds!!

    I have trouble upgrading my weapon,I bought blue and yellow diamonds and also collected from doing the missions, when I upgraded it said fail and your diamond distroyed, this is not the first time it happened to its like 5-6 times, 😡😡😡😡😡! What's what is this! ???? I spent like hundred $$$$ and now it's gone for nothing, can u pls do something,
