Indestructible RECOVER THE CHARGE TROUBLE

I have been having trouble with indestructible recover the charge not deploying all charges and causing the game to go to an endless loop.
The game cannot be completed unless you quit.
PLEASE look into this problem.
I am using IOS iPad3 yet I doubt this is the issue as everyone I am playing is probably on different platforms and hardwares.
This has happened 3 times in a row today July 5th.
