Purchased Diamonds and Character for Black Gate Inferno are gone

Hello,

Yesterday I leveled my character, Altimas, a warrior to lvl 13. I also made two purchase for 3000 diamonds each totaling 6000 diamonds. Unused about 1500 of them yesterday morning, then went I went to play yedterday afternoon it would only let me make a new character. My warrior and diamonds are now gone. I
Don't even have the leftover 4500 at this point either. I can provide iTunes receipt numbers and any other information needed to confirm.
