Cannot get free glu credits

When going to the store, on the bottom right corner, there is an icon that says get free glu credits. When clicked an add pops up and does not let make a selection for glu credits.
When I go back, it returns to the game screen.

Any assistance is appreciated

    In order to earn the credits you have to follow the instructions in the ad (view videos, download Tapjoy offers, etc.). If there is an issue with the ad itself, where you can't do that, then can you tell us what device you're on?

    My glu credits is on o.i earn credits but it stay on o please help.samsung tab 10.1
