Saved data can't be transferred from device to device. it's stored on the sd card/device memory, not the Glu servers, so game data, and therefore your character, can't be transferred between devices

If saved in iCloud is this then usable? Same game name? I was under the impression if you saved in iCloud you could transfer to a new device although not sure about using same name on multiple devices.
I can't answer that because I don't own any apple products . It SOUNDS plausible, but I suspect that the character data etc can't be transferred because that is usually stored on the device.
