Need your help

I hope that some one knows, but e warriors is responding if I was to reload the game will I have to start over and loose every thing, just upgraded my weapon all the way I have only one spot left on all my armer if you don't have gul credit it's hard to get them upgraded. Does any one out their in game world know. Or do you know why they are not responding it's all the Glu games all other's are working.
