Unknows error on glu

On eternity warrior 3 everytime i want to earn glu for free,when i wantto earn 1 glu it says u got 1 glu but afterwards "unknown error" pops up..,,how can i fix this?

    Oh i tried to delete the game and reinstall it and now i cant go back into my accout :(((( plz help me get my acount back

    Please submit a ticket to Customer Care to get assistance with your account issue.

    Never uninstall a Glu game before asking our Customer Care first.

    Hi sir.. My account is being corruted.. It stated when I log in that it was corrupted and error.. BRADIXXX here.. I hope you can help me with this problem..

    I submitted a ticket for this very issue and I am yet to receive a response after a month! At first they said "all free credits need to be taken up with their support if not awarded" I explained further and they never replied. Btw, still having the same problem. 20000:Unknown Error is what it states.
