Failed to download region.....

that is the message I get every time I try to download any region past region one. I have rebooted, restarted and deleted the game and tried to start fresh to no avail. Funny thing is I can go into region one and hunt and no problems but if I try to load any level higher I get the same message "Failed to download region! Check your connection and try again" I am on level 4 and was enjoying it till this started happening, any help would be greatly appreciated.
