No New Fans. help!

For some reason after I do photo shoots and events my fan account won't go up. I'm stuck at 68.8 million and I'm number one on the top stars. Is this a glitch or does it stop going up after a while and it takes longer to do so??

    If it's stopped and you're not getting anymore fans, chances are that's the maximum number for now. You're obviously #1 so you're in the top spot anyways :) Updates will usually raise the number.

    That's not right I have a friend who has over 80 million fans, she sent me a pic so how can I be at max and less than her?
