This is the second time my char has disappeared

I have made two diff char now. That I spent a great amount of time on. Then all of a sudden on a random day I go to log into game and my char was erased and everyone back to level one. Why does my char keep disappearing!

I am having same issue. I wish i knew. And i wish glu would say something. I spent hours on 2x different chars. Jus to open app and the game resets and i have to start over with turtial screen. Email at. Stephenspec@gmail.com if u here anything plz

Btw, this game is very quite similar to Eternity Warriors, is there any plans of having Eternity Warriors 4? I have heard rumors that it is already out in singapore. Any thoughts or info on this matter?
