This has been posted to the EW3 forum along with multiple other issues with no response from a Glu Moderator in months. Is that game supported anymore? Is there anybody from Glu that checks that forum anymore? A simple we are or aren't working on it would be better than nothing.
I'm confused. You told the original poster to post this issue in the EW3 forum and then you say glu only monitors this forum? Anyways, the community has created multiple tickets without response. No response from tickets or on forum is pretty disrespectful. At the very least glu can let people know the current status of the major issues in the game, like: we are too busy to fix these errors, we are working on them and expect them to be resolved in 2 months, or an update will resolve these issues soon. Please give us something. Anything.
The Customer Care team generally only monitors this forum. Game play questions though are usually better answered by other players or the forum moderators specific to those games. We answer all tickets that are sent in to us. Currently we have about 17000 tickets to answer and the wait times are quite long but we do answer them as soon as we can get to them.
Sounds like you are having trouble keeping up with tickets because there are so many problems. You should try to fix the problems in the games and slow the inflow of tickets. The current method isn't working....
