    I'm having the same issue I bought 4.99 in gold and the money left my account but no gold. The game crashed after my purchase. It was a time sensitive part of the game too. This website is kind of confusing to navigate so I'm unsure of how to submit a ticket.357148052113657 is the device number the game said I should copy. Reach out to me for more info or if possible just give me the skulls (plus more for the inconvenience), a refund will work too

    I had this happen to me as well on 08/23/2015. I emailed them but not sure how to do the ticket....they are sure quick to take our money but god forbid if they have to give it back!

    This is my situation too. I made a $20 purchase, it didn't load, I created a in-game customer service ticket, read reviews and found out that it commonly happens AND customer care is slow to respond. As in, the ticket response time is TWENTY SEVEN DAYS. Not to mention, why on earth do so many of us need to go to customer service to get what we paid for??? 27 days later???

    i am having the same problem and i can not navigate to make a ticket it just keeps sending me back to how to do it, but does not allow you to do it. Maybe i am not computer savvy
