B&G Immortals: Large gem package not arrived

I paid ¥2375 for a large gem package and the gems have not been received, but the money was taken.
I paid using Amazon coins.
Over 48 hours have passed and still I have not been cridited the gems nor have I had a reply from customer service.
I would be surprised to discover that nobody else has encountered the same problem...

    The wait time for Immortals is a bit longer than that but you should get a reply fairly soon.

    The oldest ticket in the BGI queue is 2 days old. If you haven't received a response by now we didn't get the ticket.

    I shall inform the affected party..I'm curious though as BigusDickus has sent in tickets over the last few weeks regarding his gems and never received any type of reply from Glu customer service..He is in Japan..do you think that his location may have something to do with the problems he is having..

    Location shouldn't matter. If it is in another language it makes it a bit more challenging but most of those are still quickly answered.

    the problem was finally solved..The party involved had to go through Amazon Japan and get a refund. Glu customer service never replied to him. Thanks for trying to help [RR]Sage..
