EW4 profile bug

I can search up my old account from the new one, but when I go to "forgot password" and type in my name and e-mail it tells me that the account dosn't exist. I would apriciate it og you could help.

    I got a password, but the problem is that it keeps on telling me that my account dosn't exist.
