Missing krew and gift box buttons

Need some help with this issue immediately buttons are gone in the game NO hacks or cheats have been used!!

    They won't help. They think you hacked/cheated the game. I'm stuck in the same boat

    Same here... it's actually an absolute joke.
    Ive submitted several in-game support tickets, sent private messages and contacted Apple directly..

    woah really? I barely got the game again about a week ago and I mkiced the krew thing is missing and the gift icon thing. I didn’t think much of it because I got it back like a year later and it must have been an update. Some people said they might think you hacked/cheated because of logging in, in multiple devices. I have logged in many devices because I get new phones a lot almost every year. I didn’t know that was an issue. I haven’t hacked or cheated which is why I’m confused.???
