Glu credits in negative.

Hi there
 My glu credits is in a negative 14300 and dont know how to reset it to 0. Can you please help me.

    Hi there. Thank you for getting back to me. I have tryed what you said in the email and it worked untill i connected to the wifi. Then it goes back toe the negative. Im playing deer hunter classic. Using my google acc f.lottering@gmail.com. i think my username is FrancoisLottering
