  Yes. Go to chat and in the upper right corner you will see a tab for news. In there they give the bonus points and player updates.

  I meant before it's posted in the chat. I've seen screen shots of programmers screens with the bonuses for like a week on it

  You cannot see the bonus ahead of time, some people in global chat say they know, but really do not. In 2018 so far, it's been nice each event has had a specific boost located in the news at 11am cdt
