Restore MLB TSB 18 Nickname

I had to reset my phone. I hadn't had a chance to backup before I reset. Reinstalled and am trying to restore my Nickname, but it says unavailable. The Google achievements in game are showing my achievements that I unlocked before the reset, is it possible to restore my Nickname?

    You have message glu and ask to reset it, but it only can be done one time

    On settings, customer care, there will be a message icon in top right hit that and it will ask you who u are and email them ask your question. Wait time may be as long as 5 to 6 days, I've been waiting on response about VIP for 5 days now.
