I keep losing my cars in 7.0 when i try to refresh

i refresh the lobby in multiplayer it tels me to reload the game i do and the car i was in dissipears it happen twice in the last 20 mins and i cant find the help forms in the game with this update this is trashy

    Still losing cars and i seriously think they took out the help forums out of the game i been searching for it and still cant find it if anyone knows where its at let me know and if you are a dev i am now missing like 8 cars and im not happy
