Prime lost

Anyone deal with revering a lost pick?

Internet crapped out whilst opening the free prime and when I logged back in the pick was gone and no player added to roster.

Not in desperate need just curious if anyone has an idea on how long it will take to recover.

    yea i never got mines either. Even though i clicked on get the gift.

    Same thing happened to my wife's team. She sent a message through customer care, but no word yet. It appears that it happened to multiple people. At least one person reported they got the pick today, so I'd recommend sending in a ticket and being patient.
