Spent Hundreds of DOLLARS

I'm on region 42 of Deer Hunter Classic for android and as of yesterday the 25th of July after hundreds of dollars in Glu coins in that week alone it will no longer load and it's not my device or lack of bandwidth or memory, this is beyond obsurd, it's plain theft! The developers won't reply back even after I've supplied them with crash logs and screen shots. ... what to do next?

    We reply to every ticket but it could take some time if an investigation is involved or if we actually have to get a development team to look into an issue. If you already have an open ticket continue to work with the agent until the situation has been resolved.

    If you haven't created a ticket yet that would certainly explain no reply back. If you go to the FAQs in game you will see a section for contact us where you can submit a ticket.
