Please Help! I messed up!

I was experiencing the Club Vs. glitch for Tap Sports Baseball 2018 on my iphone so I thought maybe it’ll work better on my android device. That was a mistake because it runs slower and hotter on my android. I also only have wifi on my android so this is frustrating. I was told by support that they only allow 1 account per device now. Now i understand that but, i wish there had been fair warning prior to logging in and locked out on the phone i created the account with. I understand it’s busy but, if someone from support could please look into my ticket further, i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

    If you have already submitted a ticket we will get to it as soon as possible. There is a large backlog from the freezing issue last week that has delayed responses but we are working to get back to within our 48 hour goal.
