Video Restart on Slugfest not working

in Customer Care
when trying to restart a level in slugfest, I can watch the video but then it just takes me right back to the "Spend gold/watch video/no thanks" page. Also the pitcher charged the mound. LOL.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
