Cannot get into account

in Creating a Customer Care Ticket
i got a new phone and I cannot link my Facebook and my account. I cannot get into my account. Please someone help me.

    I’m in the same boat. Pretty depressing given the amount of time and money that’s spent on this game. 

    My app wouldnt load, uninstalled and reinstalled then nothing. Really sucks because of all the players I had and gold I had.

    Same here, I no longer have access to the email account I had linked to the game, uninstalled, reinstalled, have no access
