I have been looking in on the forums for a couple years now. I noticed today that my username on the forums isn’t the same as my team name on the game. Does this make a difference? I can’t seem to change my username on the forums.

    No it doesn't make any difference. Just if you want someone to know your actual team name you have to type it in to your message but other than that they are not tied together at all.
