Game couldn't LOAD

The game could not load while opening the app. It closed when trying to log in to the game. Please advice ASAP

    Till now still the same. When once loaded I got a free gold x30. But no use!. Still keep shutting down and then spent numerous time  to keep loggig in the game

    Still happening and there was some offer that I could not see. I am sure it has expired now. Glad to hear it's not just me that is having a problem.
