I lost my whole team

I've been a loyal player and spent lots of money on tap sports 18. Today when I opened up tap, all of my players were gone and I'm back to the original Dodgers team with all 1 and 2 star.

I just want my original team back, this is horrible and really upsetting. My team name is Easheashbeash.

I play with an iPhone.

I sent a ticket in and everything. I haven't heard back but I haven't gotten any players back
