Hi, i have gone theough the in-game “contact us” feature to resolve an issue and I was very happy with how I was treated. However, the customer service agent said they would send me a player to resolve the issue, but I never received it. Another agent took over the case and said they couldn’t send it to me. I know miscommunications happen, and I was initially very satisfied with Glu’s response. Can someone please contact me to make this right? Thank you.
